Nulearn reserves the right to change or cancel courses if needed. Nulearn will try to give as much notice in the occasion of being cancelled or rescheduled of programs. Any changes to services tax components shall be applicable into the complete course total fee and participant will become liable to pay cancellation or rescheduling made less than 7 working days prior to the class start date will be subject to the full course fee. Nulearn reserves the right to change or cancel classes prior to the class start date.
Nulearn, holds the right to stop Program at any time owing to reasons like insufficient enrolments or faculty unavailability, the students will receive a full refund. Whereas, in scenarios like enrolled professionals misbehaving with the faculty or the team of Nulearn during the sessions can cause instant termination. The enrolled professionals are liable to lose their certification if they bad-mouth about the Institute, Faculty Members or Team of Nulearn. Under such situations the applicants will not get any refund.
Once the registration for the course is completed applicant will not be getting or apply for refundProvided situation followed below, if the request for withdrawal and/or cancellation is received 15 working days or more days prior to beginning of the course, 50% of the Course Fee will be deducted towards administration and cancellation charges and the remaining amount may be refunded. Interchangeably, the applicant may appeal for rearrangement whereby 10% of the Course Fee will be charged as the Rearrangement Fee and the Applicant shall be rescheduled to the next program.If the appeal for drawing and/or cancellation is received less than 15 working days prior to beginning of the course, the student will forfeit the full course fee and no refunds will be made available to the applicant.
If the applicant pull out or drops out from the Program, any time after the beginning of the course, the applicant will penalty the full course fee and no refunds will be made obtainable to the applicant. Appeals for part refunds will be neither be well-thought-out nor administered.
A late fee of Rs 3000/- will be charged if the installment is paid within 7 days from the due date. A late fee of Rs 5000/- shall be charged if the installment is paid between 8 – 14 days from the due date If the fee installment is not received within 15 days from the due date shall considered a dropout therefore re- joining fee shall be Rs 5000/- per candidate.

For example, if you are taking a Program through an Institute, we may share your Personal Information with them to evaluate your progress to enable them to issue the required certification to you on completion of the Program. If you are taking a Program that is sponsored or paid by a sponsor or employer, we will have to share your Personal Information for the evaluation process or communicate any progress or failure regarding your certification with the Premium Institute.
